We are genuinely excited about the prospect of showcasing our talents and contributing to the success of your occasion. Please note that our pro-bono performances are exclusively offered to 501(c) non-profit organizations with limited or no budget. For all other inquiries, we kindly invite you to complete the Request for Quote form. At the core of our values is the commitment to building meaningful partnerships and fostering the growth of our craft. Recognizing the importance of creating memorable experiences, our dedicated performers invest substantial time and effort to ensure each performance is nothing short of exceptional. Our performers, who skillfully juggle full-time jobs, family responsibilities, and financial commitments, approach their craft with unwavering passion. This dedication necessitates a delicate balance between personal, professional, and artistic commitments. In order to provide the best pro-bono services possible, I carefully consider the following factors: Availability: Ensuring the availability of performers for the requested time and date. Training Schedule: Avoiding performances on our designated practice days, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Performance Schedule: Steering clear of concurrent events due to high demand. 30-day Period: Selecting one pro-bono performance within a 30-day period. The chosen 501(c) will have the privilege of one performance per year. Pro-bono Season: Our pro-bono performances are available from April 15th to September 14th. Other Entertainers: If you already have other performers, I eagerly anticipate future opportunities to serve your 501(c). Profit: Whether your event is profit-generating. Tax donation: Willingness to provide a tax donation letter, also known as a charitable receipt, donation receipt letter, or charitable contribution acknowledgment, an official document that a nonprofit organization sends to a donor to confirm a charitable contribution.
